To place an order online, simply click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to checkout via “Checkout”. Enter your shipping and billing information and complete checkout.

You will receive an order confirmation email and we will start processing your order.

We are currently required to collect sales tax in 11 states in the US due to state laws. These states are Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, New York, Michigan, Massachusetts, Kansas, Illinois, Georgia, Florida & California.

Yes, you can change your order at no cost by simply emailing us at support@cleanearthpower.com and requesting the change.

Any price difference will be credited to your card or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference.

Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed.

You can ask us to cancel any order before it has been processed. Please notify us immediately at support@cleanearthpower.com if you would like to cancel your order.

Please note the 3% Credit Card Processing Fee is Non-Refundable.

Shipping is FREE on all items that show the FREE SHIPPING label on the product page! Otherwise, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

No, unfortunately at this time we only ship within the contiguous United States until further notice.

It depends on where you are. Typically orders processed here will take 4-7 business days to arrive. Large items shipped through freight might take a bit longer. Items with a large lead time such as 1-2 weeks will be noted on the product page. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which contains the tracking number and a link to the tracking website.

We use all major carriers that provide tracking such as FedEx, UPS & USPS. For large items we use freight carrier partners.
